Does it work on non-Shopify stores?
Not yet. PriceDrift reads the public product feed that every Shopify storefront exposes, which is what makes zero setup possible. WooCommerce and BigCommerce are on the list — reply to any email if that’s what you need and we’ll tell you when it lands.
Is this legal?
It reads the same public catalog feed the store’s own theme uses to render its pages. No login, no personal data, no circumvention — just the product list a store publishes to everyone. We fetch it a few times a day, not continuously.
How often do you check?
Every 6 hours per store, and you can trigger an immediate check from the dashboard whenever you want.
What if a store blocks the catalog?
Some large brands disable the public feed. The free snapshot tells you straight away, so you’ll know before you pay. If a store you’re already watching goes dark, it’s flagged in your dashboard.
Refunds?

Do you touch my store?
No. There’s no app to install, no permissions to grant, and we never need access to your own shop. PriceDrift only reads competitors’ public catalogs.
